So I may be a bit biased. I feel like this Starbucks is the best around due to the fantastic Barista's that I have come to know and love. Sure you can get an quad iced vanilla soy latte at any one of this corporate chain monsters factories, but that doesn't make the experience. I started coming to this Starbucks in 07', seen many a Barista come and go. But the ones that stayed call out my drink before I even get to the counter most days. And gawd forbid something is wrong with my drink ...I have been comp'd more than I can count for mistakes that have mostly been on my part. The managers, are great ppl and are always smiling and greeting. I have had maybe 4 negative experiences there in almost 4 years and they have almost always been from a piss poor Barista that is subbing from another store. On some occasions I have to settle for the Starbucks on mall rd or on the levee and one time even threw my drink out of the window of the car as I drove off. NO ONE in this area makes my coffee they way my Baristas at Starbucks Crestview makes it!!! Very accommodating with a warm and fun environment.

One of my favorite Starbucks to grab a coffee drink at. It's convenient for me when I'm shopping at the Town Center. It's always packed on the weekend and the line is usually long. But even though the line is long, the customer service is consistent. Friendly and helpful. Don't expect to get your cup of joe in 3 minutes or less here, it's not gonna happen. Unless by some miracle they're not busy.

Let me start off by saying, I made the mistake... Ok so, I walked in and boom. Right in front of me is. Caitlyn. Jenner. I knowwwww righttt!!!!! (This was where my mistake was made) I yelled Caitlyn! Caitlyn!!! Ms. Jenner!!! and tapped the individual in front me on the shoulder. It ended up not being Caitlyn. It was a woman. In her 70s. That was still thinking she was an early 50s MILF. The woman didn't take kindly to my remarks and slapped me across the face. OUCH! Service was wonderful and their ice was cold. Smoothies were bland.

This is a typical Starbucks but beware it can get busy! What deters me from this location is the AWFUL parking lot. Honestly, you might spend more time looking for a place to park than actually being inside of Starbucks. If you're in a hurry, try a different location.

This place is right off 275 south. Great place to meet prior to a date or off two directions. Plenty of outdoor seats and umbrella.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. I got a regular coffee and it took 10 minutes. Otherwise a space-ish place with lots of seating. They also did not fill my coffee all the way to the top. Not even close to the best Starbucks I've had.

I love Starbucks and I frequent this location often. It's a very crowded location which has it's pros and cons! They get my order right 99% of the time and I enjoy hanging out here! My biggest complaint is customer service. MOST of the employees are super friendly. The biggest problem I've had is with one particular, very rude older woman (I wish I knew her name!) who seems to constantly be miserable and sneers as if she hates everyone. After my first encounter with this barista, I let it go. I'm a believer in second chances, and figured she was just having a bad day. But I've dealt with her on a number of occasions now and rude seems to be the rule rather than the exception. I can only remember once where she, while not pleasant, also seemed like she wasn't in a horrible mood. I have even gone out of my way to be extra friendly to her (I'm a very friendly person! I know these types of jobs are not easy) and even my husband has told me he's felt her frosty reception. This barista is holding this location back! I don't want to see her fired, I just think she needs to work on her customer skills.

With Starbucks, you would expect good quality and efficiency. I have come to find neither at this location. In fact, operations behind the counter seem chaotic at best and after visiting this location several times, I can say it's my least favorite in the area. One reviewer noted the frosty and sometimes rude nature of the employees and I can attest to that. The situation is further aggravated by the poor layout of this location: customers seem to form random lines, and shuffle and pace around an ill-placed island of creamer, sugar, and napkins. Sure, you could meet someone at this location for coffee and hang out for a bit, but your conversation might be dominated by the agitating experience you just had to get your favorite brew.

Baristas seem to have better things to do. After making my drink, they quietly set it on the counter only for me to inquire if it was mine a few minutes later.

This is probably my least favorite Starbucks in the NKY area. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Starbucks, but I've been to better. The service here is generally slow and the barista's (although very nice), take their time getting you out the door. This laid-back environment is most likely due to the fact that it's in the heart of a shopping-center and most of the customers aren't in a huge hurry to be anywhere (unlike the Florence store with a drive-through and a 5-minute waiting time tops.) It's not uncommon to pull up and see the line outside the door. If you think you're going to order and get out with your cup of coffee in less than 20 minutes on a weekday afternoon (12:00-3pm) you're in for a rude awakening. Keep that in mind if you're rushing to work- like I usually am, after ordering and paying you still may have to wait 5-10 minutes more for your drink to be made. Unfortunately this Starbucks is 10 minutes from my house and less than 5 from my work so I'm here often. It's still in a great, accessible area, the dining area and patio is always clean with many available seats and the coffee is always good.

For the most part - you know what you are going to get at Starbucks. I know if I want a skinny vanilla latte, I know what I am going to get at Starbucks. Since they've mechanized - and taken the human element out of the actual art of coffee making (boo!), consistency is king. I know that going in. I'm fine with that. So ... all the other stuff becomes much more important. For instance ... the wait. The line was near out the door when I got to this Starbucks. That didn't scare me as most Starbucks move like clockwork and move that line on out. Today - at this specific location - that was NOT the case. The "barista" (I hesitate to call them that because they are now just machine workers) took her sweet time and was in no hurry for anyone. Not sure if she was new or what. she was by far the slowest person working the espresso machine that I've encountered at any Starbucks. If you are in a hurry - go somewhere else. They are moving at their own pace here in Crestview Hills. NOTE: The only reason I didn't rate this lower was that my drink was actually satisfactory. It had better been since she took the time to really push the buttons on the machine with care.

I'm not a coffee person, but this place is a nice hang out. My church group usually comes here once a month on a Saturday night and sings/plays music. I think it's really nice that Starbucks allows people to do that. I have tried their smoothies, and frappuccinos and oddly enough considering how much I love smoothies, I like their frappuccinos better! The mocha frappuccino is really good. I definitely recommend it!

It's Starbucks! You know what it is. Why are you reading a review? Don't be stupid. It's all the same. I guess that's why folks like it. I love McNuggets and I love the fact that I can get them anywhere and they'll be just as naughtily good for me anywhere I eat them. I guess the only thing different about each location is what you see when you look out the window. At this one? A parking lot. I still think you're silly for reading a review of Starbucks.

This place got crazy busy with only one person working the stand and a long line of folks who are trying to catch their flight. I had hot chocolate which is hard to mess up. So I got exactly what I wanted, but standing around for my hot chocolate with a dozen folks and only one person preparing everyone's drinks was not good.

The first thing most customer service jobs teach us is to always put the customer first. I don't have high expectations for Starbucks since I know what I want and always get the same thing. But when the Starbucks worker gets my drink order wrong because they weren't paying attention and talking to another worker when I ordered, don't give me an attitude when I bring it to you attention. Its easy to know you weren't listening when my name and order wasn't written on the cup. This hasn't been a one time occurrence either.

Starbucks has perfected the art of being that "third place" where people hang out, chat, read, or just people watch and this location doesn't disappoint; the coffee, although good, almost becomes secondary.

Ok, so... I'm gonna go ahead and keep the 4-star deal up, but... I stopped into my favorite starbucks in NKY a few days ago and the somewhat bearded FELLOW took my order... The GUY re-stocking the pastries was very unfamiliar looking and I know I've never seen the GENTLEMAN behind the machine making the java drinks... But, when the little DUDE with the clipboard came out of the office to take inventory, I wondered where I was... The place wasn't very busy, two drinks in front of me 1/2 dozen behind but, somehow, a couple lucky ladies behind me got their drinks before me... Hmm... Anyway, after what seemed like a very long time (as if the place were packed) I got my Venti Peppermint Mocha... I didn't linger and made my way to the car... As I left and pulled onto Dixie Hwy I took my first sip, very hot and unfamiliar. I let it cool a bit and took another sip, still hot and very unfamiliar. I don't know what he made me but it was missing something. I mean, a peppermint mocha should taste like a hot sip of York Peppermint Pattie, this didn't... at all... something was missing... I don't know, not so much the mocha part, the peppermint, maybe? Could it have been the lack of estrogen or X chromosomes? It actually tasted more and more like a cup of Swiss Miss hot chocolate the cooler it became. I was not happy with this trip to that Starbucks... Where were all the brilliant ladies who are amazing java jugglers? Oh yeah, what is going on?! I ordered my regular Venti Peppermint Mocha because I never really order anything else but that and HE charged me $5.19... Why?! $4.40, $4.60 or sometimes $5.04..!!! Why the extra $.15..?! Are Starbucks employees suddenly being trained to nickle and dime regular customers? Is the company in that much trouble?

The employees at this location tend to fraternize with each other rather than with the customers. There's usually a longer-than-normal wait and the drinks are sometimes not as well-made as at other locations. However, there is a barista or two at this location that are good at what they do. The store is generally clean, and the lounge area is separate somewhat from the foot traffic to the counter.

New paint and furniture giving this Starbucks a facelift and refreshed modern look. Good mix of people come here. Great place for people watching or making friends.
